#ExploreWithBrendan - I've hiked & rambled a lot over the years especially since I started growing my business & honing my craft as a photographer. Not only does it help me see lots of natural beauty & epic scenes but it also gives me a sense of achievement & fulfils my need for adventure. Recently I have started packaging all the photos I take on my walks into a photo walk story for my @ExplorewithBrendan Instagram stories. I now use @Strava to map my walks & runs as well as my @Fitbit to track my steps & stats so if you're interested in any of my routes & inspired to walk them be sure to get in contact & I can share them with you.

Back In May I ventured out into the Peak District for a good olde 20k (13 mile) ramble, I took on a route I’d never walked before as I thought that would be best to avoid the tourists as social distancing was still pretty important in Britain & it was well needed after not being allowed to travel for nearly 2 month. From the Mam Tor car park I went up & left along #RushupEdge before making my way around onto the famous moorland plateau of Kinder Scout before crossing back down through the valley up to Mam Tor to finish there. It was a fulfilling day & definitely something I needed. No better way to social distance & still stay active. 😍

The photo's in this photo walk were captured in the Peak District on the @sonyalpha A6400 with @sigmauk 16mm prime. My go to combo for exploring & location scouting these days as it's so compact & light, I highly recommend. 🙌 #SonyAlphaShooters #ShotOnSonyAlpha

If you enjoy my photography be sure to check out my website as I’m now selling prints & I would really appreciate any help right now, it’s not a great time to be a professional freelance photographer when most of your work involves large groups of people being together. Be sure to click through the photo's below to check out the full walk in photos. 😅
